I have to be on an AIP diet and certain foods can cause inflammation for me. This mayo not only has anti-inflammatory ingredients but it doesn't cause me issues and it's delicious!

I am on an AIP ( autoimmune) diet and have to avoid eating eggs. I thought this mayo would be terrible but it is not bad. I can taste the vinegar which I am not crazy about. I bought one jar from a sprouts store and it was out-dated which I didnt notice when I bought it. Ordering directly from the manufacturer was much better and with a 3- month future expiraration date.
Dont let my taste comment detour you from tasting this product. Taste can be very subjective. If you have to avoid eggs, I think this is the only mayo on the market.
