It taste really good when you mix it into a casserole but it’s not as good with just chicken over something. Other than that it’s pretty good.

Keto Reset Saved My Health!
I was 230 lbs starting out and pre-diabetic. After 21 days on the initial protocol I had dropped 36 lbs and was no longer pre-diabetic. I am now working on the keto protocol and am feeling great! Highly recommend this.
