I would have to say the flavor is more like a traditional chai rather than the commercial ones you find at the coffee shops. It's not overly sweet and subtly spiced. I paired mine with vanilla oat milk and really enjoyed the flavor. This is becoming my go to chai.

Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins your body, accounting for about a third of its protein composition. Collagen production naturally declines with age. Collagen may be sourced from animals and fish and made into edible powders.
Our collagen comes from cattle ranches in South America. While the cows are grass fed for most of their lives and traditionally raised on pasture, we chose to remove the grass-fed claim from our labels in 2018 due to some retailers requiring documentation showing 100% grass-fed, which is not attainable in the collagen supply chain at this time. Be assured that we strive to source high quality collagen peptides from well-established manufacturers with high-quality standards. This includes consistent testing of heavy metals and product purity in order to comply with stringent regulatory guidelines. In addition, we have worked hard to source collagen with the best flavor profile and ability to dissolve in liquids.
