Remember that scene in FROM HERE TO ETERNITY where the couple is at the beach and the gal moans, "Ohh...I didn't know it could be like THIS!" Yeah, that's this mustard.

You've had the store brands, and they taste like vinegar spice goo, and it's fine on a sandwich. This is different. It's a sauce. By a French saucier. And you get saucy results. Put it on a Polish sausage or some ham and you've upgraded your meat to tasting like un-processed. Simply amazing. Cannot go back now.

I recently used the Organic Spicy Brown Mustard in a family favorite Alabama White BBQ Sauce recipe I make that calls for Creole Mustard (which is very hard to find in my area). I was concerned the family would notice my switch. If they did notice, it was a favorable change as the biggest family critic kept reminding me how wonderful that sauce is (and finished the last serving!).
