This is a GREAT mayonnaise! It blends the creamy goodness of a regular mayonnaise with the spiciness of a sandwich spread. So utterly delicious, I now make things just to use the mayonnaise. Even works fantastically spread on cold vegetables. And, it’s also wonderful as a hair conditioner!

The emulsification may break and the product will separate as a result of temperature fluctuations, usually during the colder months. We recommend not consuming this product if that occurs.
