I have been taking these vitamins for years and can say they have been very beneficial on many ways. I do notice a difference when I have stopped taking for awhile. I have tried many multi vitamins over the years and this one is a keeper. Will not disappoint.

My husband, an aging vegetarian, was feeling a bit depleted after bicycling several miles a few days a week. I encouraged him to drink this after every ride, & it has helped his stamina. He mixes 8 - 10 ozs of water with 1 scoop of powder & emulsifies it with hand held blender to find a consistency that works for him.

We will continue to buy this product !
