This WAS the BEST buffalo sauce; but I became sick after purchasing a bottle recently. I was extremely disappointed to see that Potato Starch was added.
I unfortunately cannot tolerate any Potato products.
I had enjoyed this Buffalo sauce for a quite a few years after finding it at Costco when traveling in Tuscon, AZ back in 2019. After finding the original recipe, I consumed this product almost daily.
I would eat it on chicken. I'd eat it on canned Tuna or canned Salmon.
I'd eat it as a dip for Parmesan Crisps. And so many other things.
Costco had it and I had purchased two full pallet rackets of it and had it stored. So I was lucky that I had done that because it wasn't until now that I've run out of my pantry stores -but I can NO longer consume the new recipe.
PLEASE go back to the old recipe that did NOT have potato Starch.
